Hamburger menu becomes inaccessible (whiteboard menu overlap) depending on window size

Observed Behavior

Using the decker example project, the menu button becomes inaccessible depending on the window size.

Expected Behavior

The hamburger menu button and the whiteboard menu button remain accesible independent of window size.
